At Kundalam, we take pride in offering premium-quality jewellery that meets our customers’ expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-returnable products include custom or personalized jewellery unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at kundalamneha@gmail.com. Please include:

1. Your order number.
2. Reason for the return.

Our team will provide further instructions for the return process.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kundalamneha@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

1. Custom or personalized jewellery.
2. Sale items or items purchased during promotions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated processing time:

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take additional time.

Shipping Returns

• You are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.
• Ensure the package is securely packed and use a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues during transit.
